To help the inventors of satellite television regain lost market share, we launched a brand campaign that informed every part of the business. To support the effort, we also partnered with Amazon Alexa. After being exposed to the work, consideration for the brand hit 58%, compared to an industry average of 19%. And for the first time in company history, the work helped win 2017’s J.D. Power Award for customer service. Role: Creative Director
